Job summary

You will work with government customers, teaming partners, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions, audit readiness, and accurate cost and schedule reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in GovCon, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of Government contracts and/or subcontracts administration, including pre-award activities and negotiating prices, fees, teaming, and nondisclosure agreements.
• Knowledge of FARs and DFARS and government contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full contract lifecycle from pre-solicitation through closeout across the active contract portfolio.
• Reviews solicitations for contractual terms, flow-downs, and risk; summarizes findings and advises leadership.
• Negotiates contracts with government customers, including price, fee, data rights, and contract terms.
• Negotiates teaming agreements and nondisclosure agreements in support of business development efforts.
• Supports DCAA/DCMA audit requests and incurred cost submissions as directed.
