Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 12–15+ years of federal contracts experience.
• 5+ years leading contracts professionals.
• Extensive FAR/DFARS knowledge with OTA/IDIQ experience.
• NCMA CPCM/CFCM/CCCM certification preferred.
• Experience with non-profit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Negotiate terms with government customers, primes, and subs.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR compliance and audit readiness.
• Advise executives on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop policies, dashboards, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Mentor and supervise contract staff and coordinate workloads.
