Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a seasoned Contract Specialist to support government source selections, contract administration, and acquisition strategy for DoW/USSF programs. You will coordinate with DCMA, DCAA, and finance offices, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and deliver clear determinations and closeout documentation.

The role requires a Bachelors degree, TS/SCI eligibility, and 5+ years federal contracting experience, including 3 years closeout.

• 5+ years federal contracting experience, incl. 3+ years contract closeout for DoW.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government to execute source selections per FAR 9.505-4, including coordinating meetings and drafting evaluations.
• Provide contract and subcontract management support.
• Assist Government Contracting Officers in actions such as RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Provide contracts guidance and determinations for program and business teams.
• Advise on management of IDIQ contracts and development of acquisition strategies.
