Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Mid-Level Contracts Closeout Specialist to manage government contract closeouts for DoW/USSF programs. You will collaborate with technical teams, contracting officers, and finance to ensure timely, accurate closeout actions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in federal contracting, deep FAR/DFARS closeout knowledge, and strong written communication to draft determinations and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

Must have federal contracting experience with closeout focus.
Strong written communication for determinations and closeout documentation.
Experience with FAR 4.804, DFARS 204.804 closeout procedures, and related time standards.
Experience reconciling contract funds and final vouchers.
Knowledge of IDIQ contracting lifecycle and vendor communications.

Responsibilities

Assist Government to execute source selections and draft evaluations.
Provide contract and subcontract management support.
Assist Government Contracting Officers in contracting actions including negotiations and administration.
Provide guidance and leadership for program and business management teams.
Advise management on contractual rights, risk avoidance, and strategy.
Support existing IDIQ contracts and develop acquisition strategies.
