Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field).
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial, industrial and/or federal construction.
• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Physical Demands: Exerts up to 10lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design approach and prepare construction documents.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time completion and adherence to the budget.
• Coordinate with client, architect, and project team; prepare schedules and proposals.
• Review and approve contract documents and changes; supervise project staff.
