Job summary

CCI Prime Contractors LLC seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead federal construction projects from design through closeout at Fort Sill, OK. You will oversee scheduling, subcontractor management, client communications, safety and quality assurance, and budget control for design-build and bid-build efforts from $2M–$20M.

Strong leadership, experience with P6 Primavera and RMS, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams while complying with federal requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of Federal renovation and repair-type construction.
• Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of subcontractors, coordination, organization, and supervision of construction activities to ensure on-time delivery and safety.
• Analyze project RFPs and plans, collaborating with executives to define project objectives.
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within time and budget.
• Develop and revise project schedules with stakeholders and team members.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients and interface with the client.
