Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee federal construction projects at Fort Sill, OK. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with contract standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices while leading a QC team.

The QCM will develop QC plans, certify submittals, conduct inspections, and maintain a robust quality management system to meet project deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certification required.
• USACE CQM Certification preferred or required.
• Experience with Procore and RMS on federal projects.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PDF.
• Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects.
• In-depth knowledge of QC procedures and legal standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specs to contract requirements; coordinate tests.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to reduce deficiencies.
• Manage QC activities, including inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Establish a comprehensive quality management system and ensure timely corrective actions.
