Job summary

DNI in Columbia, SC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee diverse construction projects from start to finish. You will hire sub-contractors, coordinate with engineers and architects, and track budgets and schedules, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, leads teams including Superintendents, QC Managers, SSHOs, and suppliers, and demonstrates strong FAR knowledge, safety compliance, and effective client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible construction project management experience.
• Federal contracting knowledge including FAR requirements.
• Knowledge of USACE EM 385-1-1 safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project leadership with client, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Develop execution plans, procurement schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Administer contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability.
• Ensure safety and quality through project lifecycle.
