Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee a broad range of projects from kickoff to closeout. You will hire subs, coordinate with engineers and architects, manage budgets, and ensure schedules meet deadlines and stay under budget.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent organization, and the ability to multitask across a busy project landscape while maintaining client relationships and compliance with FAR and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible construction project management experience; 3+ years on federal projects.
• FAR knowledge and federal construction contracting experience.
• Familiarity with USACE EM 385-1-1 safety requirements.
• Ability to read construction drawings and use MS Office, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between DNI and the client with proactive communication.
• Lead project teams including superintendents, QC managers and subcontractors.
• Develop project objectives, budgets, schedules and risk mitigation plans.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts per FAR and company procedures.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance across life cycle.
• Oversee project closeout including warranties and final billing.
