Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee a broad range of projects from start to finish. You will hire subcontractors, coordinate with engineers and architects, and track budget, schedule, and quality to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask to meet deadlines, maintain safety, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible construction project management experience, including federal projects.
• Familiarity with FAR requirements and federal contracting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between DNI and the client, maintaining positive relationships through proactive communication.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, schedule, budget, and subcontractor management.
• Administer contracts, respond to RFIs, and maintain project documentation and logs.
• Coordinate with subs, engineers, and architects to execute project objectives and milestones.
