Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support federal construction projects at Dyess AFB, TX. You will review contractor performance, monitor schedules, and ensure adherence to contract requirements and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes construction management, documentation control, and technical guidance to stakeholders throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum seven to ten years in engineering, construction management, or PM roles.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/federal programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review QA work for technical accuracy and code interpretation.
• Monitor contractor schedules for conformance to method and contract.
• Document submittals, shop drawings, and changes for contract compliance.
• Assist in negotiation and change-order processes with Government teams.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS and federal construction standards.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, contractors, and designers.
