Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in engineering/construction management; 10 years to lead projects.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/federal construction programs preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/UFC and EM 385-1-1.

Responsibilities

• Review QA work for technical accuracy and code interpretation.
• Review and monitor contractor schedules for conformance and contract compliance.
• Manage construction documentation, submittals, and shop drawings for contract requirements.
• Maintain awareness of contractor activities to prevent delays to progress.
• Assist in negotiation/change order management and provide government-facing information.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
