Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager IV to lead on-site management of large federal GSA projects, facilities rehabilitation, and infrastructure programs.

You will oversee projects from planning through occupancy, ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with government stakeholders and internal teams. This long-term contract role requires travel and a strong background in construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing construction or design projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project schedules.
• Track milestones, timelines, and project performance.
• Review designs, construction progress, and contractor deliverables.
• Support procurement activities alongside contracting teams.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, and overall financial performance.
• Perform on-site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations.
