Clear Global Solutions LLC (CGS) is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Project Manager IV to lead General Services Administration (GSA) large-scale federal construction, facility rehabilitation, and infrastructure programs. You will oversee projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring they stay on scope, schedule, and within budget.

The role requires 5–10+ years of construction or design project management experience, a related degree, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction or design project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project schedules.
• Track milestones, timelines, and project performance.
• Review designs, construction progress, and contractor deliverables.
• Support procurement activities alongside contracting teams.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, and overall financial performance.
• Perform on-site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations.
