Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Project Manager IV to lead large-scale federal construction, facility rehabilitation, and infrastructure programs for GSA. You will oversee projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years managing construction or design projects, strong knowledge of PM principles, and the ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing construction or design projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project schedules.
• Track milestones, timelines, and project performance.
• Review designs, construction progress, and contractor deliverables.
• Support procurement activities alongside contracting teams.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, and overall financial performance.
• Perform on-site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Travel may be required.
