Clear Global Solutions LLC (CGS) seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager IV to lead General Services Administration (GSA) large-scale federal construction, facility rehabilitation, and infrastructure programs on-site. You will oversee projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring they stay on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

This role requires strong knowledge of project management principles, construction practices, and the ability to read construction documents.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing construction or design projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.

Aufgaben

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project schedules.
• Track milestones, timelines, and project performance.
• Review designs, construction progress, and contractor deliverables.
• Support procurement activities alongside contracting teams.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, and overall financial performance.
• Perform on-site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Travel may be required.
