Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking an on-site Facility Manager to oversee operations, inspections, and project management across GSA facilities nationwide.

You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with tenant agencies and contractors, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires 5+ years of facility management experience, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility management, construction, or property management.
• Experience with facilities management software.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.
• Experience with contract management.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
• Understanding of building systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust).
• Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations across the federal facilities assigned.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts, vendors, and operational services.
• Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using required formats.
• Inspect federal and leased facilities to verify compliance with applicable terms and requirements.
• Support building system upgrades, space renovations and small construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, government staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor maintenance activities, service quality, and contract performance.
• Track issues and prepare reports for review.
• Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage facility assets and capital improvement projects.
• Lead space planning and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate security operations, emergency response planning, and incident coordination.
• Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness activities.
• Supervise the maintenance team, administrative team, and cross-functional teams
