Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years federal contracting experience.
• Proven background in Architecture & Engineering (A&E) and/or construction contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree with 24 semester hours in qualifying business-related coursework.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR and VAAR.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Preferred: DAWIA Contracting Professional, FAC-C Professional, or equivalent certification.

Responsabilités

• Solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and advise on complex and high-dollar federal contracts for supplies and services.
• Support contract awards and terminations through detailed research and recommendations to the Contracting Officer.
• Analyze certified cost and pricing data to determine price reasonableness.
• Prepare and maintain compliant contract files and all required electronic records.
• Ensure all activities follow FAR, VAAR, and applicable agency-specific policies.
• Interpret evolving regulations and guidance to ensure compliance in all contracting actions.
