The role provides senior-level acquisition support across the full lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, award, and contract administration, with strong FAR/VAAR expertise. The successful candidate will collaborate with Contracting Officers, program offices, and technical staff to deliver compliant, timely solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of federal acquisition experience.
• Experience with pre-award and post-award activities.
• Experience with acquisitions above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-award and post-award support for complex federal procurements.
• Support acquisitions above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
• Develop and refine acquisition plans, solicitation packages, and source selection materials.
• Research and apply FAR/VAAR and agency policies.
• Prepare procurement packages for Contracting Officer review.
• Advise on acquisition strategy and contract administration matters.
• Analyze contracting issues and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders across locations.
• Develop source selection criteria and evaluation strategies.
• Conduct cost and price analyses and IGCE support.
• Support with contract modifications and delivery.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files.
