Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of related experience.
  • Proven success in winning large, complex federal prime contracts exceeding $100M on single-award deals.
  • Understanding of federal procurement vehicles and contract types (IDIQs, FFP, T&M, cost-plus).

Responsibilities

  • Manage capture efforts across Civilian markets, with preference for DOJ, DOT, CBP, and Treasury.
  • Lead captures exceeding $100M with tailored win strategies for FFP and fixed-unit-price contracts.
  • Build and inspire high-performing capture teams and oversee solution development, competitive analysis, and proposal strategy.
  • Mentor and elevate capture excellence across the organization by sharing best practices.
  • Engage senior government stakeholders and teaming partners to shape opportunities and influence acquisition methodologies.
  • Develop and manage capture budgets to ensure ROI for pursuits.
  • Convert complex mission requirements into executable plans aligned with customer objectives and trends.
  • Collaborate with BD, pricing, contracts, delivery, and proposal teams for successful submissions.
