This exempt, full-time role requires strategic leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and frontline delivery to LMS program staff, with travel up to 20% and a salary range of $115,000 to $145,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong asset lifecycle expertise.
• 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with safety, compliance, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Guide asset programs across facility, fleet, property, security, and projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting for LMS operations.
• Lead teams to ensure safety, compliance, and asset optimization.
• Coordinate site engagements and travel up to 20%.
• Provide strategic guidance to PMO and stakeholders.
• Deliver regular asset performance reports to executives.
