Responsibilities

• Drives quality initiatives, process change initiatives and Lean programs to meet business plans.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Ops and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources for projects.
