Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or a Bachelor's degree in any field plus at least two years of related Human Services experience.
• Strong knowledge of supervision principles, policies, and regulations for direct service programs.
• Ability to plan, manage work activities, and train/lead staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Family Services Specialists unit and ensure safety and quality of services.
• Oversee casework, review progress, and coordinate with unit supervisors and agency leadership.
• Complete semi-annual staff performance reviews and set development goals.
• Provide training to staff and community partners about child protective services and program operations.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and ensure policy compliance.
