Job summary

The Baldwin Group Colleague, Inc. seeks a Family Office Executive in Private Risk to lead highly complex family-office portfolios. You will partner with advisors and internal teams to deliver bespoke risk-management strategies and superior client service.

You will collaborate with insurance carriers to craft creative solutions for unique exposures, and you will present tailored recommendations at quarterly reviews, while coordinating across Private Risk, Claims and specialty groups.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of multiple lines beyond HNW personal lines including property, liability and specialty risks.
• Strong consultative and relationship-management capabilities with senior advisors and clients.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking for complex risk scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for sophisticated audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for family-office clients, managing highly complex risk portfolios and service delivery.
• Designs holistic risk-management solutions with advisors and internal teams.
• Participates in family-office education, forums, and industry groups to stay ahead.
• Collaborates with carriers to develop creative solutions for unique exposures.
• Conducts quarterly client meetings to review coverage and new risks with tailored recommendations.
• Oversees complex agency-bill accounts with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Acts as quarterback across Private Risk, Claims, and specialty teams for integrated solutions.
• Applies data, analytics, and agency management systems to strengthen portfolio insight.
