The position is remote within the United States with travel of 20–30% to customer sites and the Rocklin, CA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in R&D, failure analysis and quality engineering with customer relations.
• Hands-on field failure investigations on medium voltage equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field failure investigations on medium voltage equipment.
• Perform failure analyses and identify root causes with evidence-based data.
• Apply 8D method for corrective actions and document findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to implement actions.
• Travel 20–30% to customer sites and Rocklin, CA office.
