Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of ARM and/or MCU-based embedded processing experience.
• 3+ years in people leadership roles.
• Strong ability to interface with customers on technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on technical ownership for key programs with senior customers.
• Balance technical delivery with strategic team leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and global FAE teams.
• Mentor a team of FAEs supporting embedded processing solutions.
