Job summary

Belimo seeks a Senior Operations Manager in Danbury to oversee manufacturing, logistics and systems, directing 200+ staff through department managers and reporting to the VP, Logistics/Customization Americas. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement and cost optimization.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs while leading teams to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple factory departments including manufacturing, logistics, and systems.
• Own site safety, continuous improvement, and facilities functions.
• Develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Lead a 200+ workforce and coach managers to meet goals.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and customer service for seamless operations.
• Monitor KPIs to drive progress and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and manage budgets and resources.
