Job summary

Belimo Group Leader Production Customizing, 3rd Shift in Danbury, CT leads the Customizing Assembly Department to deliver safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery. Reports to the Manager, Customizing, accountable for department performance and continuous improvement.

The role requires independent decision-making, coaching, and prioritization with minimal supervision while aligning with Belimo's goals and safety standards; strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing/production experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees to meet production goals.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Plan and coordinate production to meet customer requirements.
• Manage production priorities, scheduling, and resources.
• Ensure proper inspection, labeling, packaging, and shipment prep.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support material flow.
