Job summary

4C North America Inc. in Orlando, FL, is seeking a senior Facility Security Officer (FSO) & Office Manager to administer the industrial security program and run a 25–30 person office.

The role is 50/50 between security and office management, requires a Top Secret clearance and thorough knowledge of the NISPOM and DCSA processes. This is an on-site, senior-level position not suited for first-time FSOs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; eligible to be appointed FSO and to serve as KMP.
• Current DCSA CDSE FSO training or ability to complete within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct measures to implement 32 CFR Part 117 and USG security requirements.
• Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) and administer personnel security clearances.
• Develop, maintain, and execute Standard Practice Procedures and security policies.
• Conduct annual self-inspection and certify results to senior management.
• Prepare for and support DCSA security reviews; track corrective actions.
• Manage classified information, marking, storage, transmission, and destruction.
• Administer visit requests, foreign travel, and security education program.
• Maintain DD Form 254s and security records; report adverse information and security events.
