Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance as assigned, including communication with residents and follow up with engineering supervisor.
• Perform grounds-keeping duties such as trash removal and landscape upkeep.
• Document preventive maintenance and service work.
• Repair sheetrock, painting, carpentry and related tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safe access to facilities.
