Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in general maintenance or construction.
• Massachusetts driver’s license required; Special Operator’s License within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs basic and advanced maintenance and construction tasks across campuses using the automated Maintenance Request System.
• Acts as part of a team, demonstrates knowledge of tasks and assists at all campuses.
• Follows safety guidelines and uses hand and power tools and testing equipment for repairs.
• Reads blueprints or schematic drawings with little supervision and supports renovation projects safely.
