Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5-10 years of proven repair experience.
• HVAC, building maintenance certification or relevant field is a plus.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and ability to read manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
• Accept, prioritize, and complete work orders for requested repairs.
• Assist with and conduct preventative maintenance measures.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace switches, light bulbs, and sockets).
• Maintain heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Perform manual repairs and refer to manuals or manufacturers for parts.
• Conduct ground maintenance, snow removal, and event setups as needed.
• Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Tech II and EVS Supervisor.
