Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites applications for a Facility Condition Advisor within our Asset Services team. You will perform visual assessments of building systems, gather data, and document deficiencies in line with ASTM E2018-24, supporting capital planning and lifecycle cost analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of QA/FCAs experience, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience performing assessments in conformance with ASTM E2018-24.
• Proficiency in engineering/architectural design standards and codes.
• Ability to obtain U.S. citizenship and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Visually evaluate architectural/MEP building systems and document deficiencies.
• Conduct facility evaluations following ASTM E2018-24 baseline process.
• Assist in capital planning and lifecycle cost analysis for asset improvements.

Ability to walk long periods & climb

US citizenship required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
