Job summary

JLL in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sr. Facility Condition Advisor to join our growing Asset Services team. You will conduct visual assessments of buildings and systems and document deficiencies to support capital planning and asset performance.

You will perform FCAs per ASTM E2018-24, coordinate document reviews and walk-through surveys, and prepare cost opinions and facility condition reports for multiple facilities. Excellent communication and domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field); non-degreed assessors require 10+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of related experience performing assessments per ASTM E2018-24.
• Proficiency in applying engineering and architectural standards, practices, and techniques.
• Working knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to walk long periods (6–8 hours/day); climb ladders, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Visually evaluate architectural/MEP building systems and document deficiencies.
• Perform FCAs following ASTM E2018-24 baseline process including document review, interviews, walk-through survey, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate document reviews, walk-through surveys, and prepare facility condition reports.
