Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facility Condition Advisor to join our Asset Services team in the United States. You will perform visual assessments, document deficiencies, and generate cost-to-remediate opinions across facilities, reporting per ASTM E2018-24.

The role requires extensive travel and coordination with cross-functional teams and clients. This position offers growth within JLL's Asset Services, with a focus on long-term asset planning, risk assessment, and capital planning for healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience performing facility assessments per ASTM E2018-24.
• Knowledge of commercial construction codes and project planning.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual facility evaluations of buildings, systems and assets.
• Gather data, note deficiencies, and prepare cost estimates for remedies.
• Prepare facility condition reports per ASTM E2018-24 baseline process.
• Coordinate document review, interviews, walk-throughs and cost opinions.
• Travel up to 75% (some projects up to 100%).
