Job summary

Realtor.com seeks a Sr. Facilities Specialist to serve as the primary contact for internal and external facilities support. This role assists the Director of Workplace Services and oversees daily office operations, security, safety, space planning, events, and vendor management at our Scottsdale location.

You will manage contractors, ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate business continuity, sustainability, and facility projects with the enterprise. Office-based, Mon-Fri, Scottsdale campus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities operations or workplace services.
• Experience with developing, implementing, and enforcing security and safety protocols and business continuity plans.
• Knowledge of office security, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Project management experience with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing security protocols enterprise-wide and serve as the point of contact for local security incidents.
• Lead health & safety protocol development and annual evacuation drills.
• Manage office security through video surveillance and badge access, keys, and IDs.
• Support business continuity planning, sustainability initiatives, and space planning projects.
• Coordinate events, vendor contracts, insurance, and office moves.
