Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. Workplace Services Coordinator to join our Scottsdale, AZ team in a hybrid role with three days in the office.

You will support the Facilities organization by handling security, safety, space planning, vendor management, and daily office operations while coordinating events and ensuring business continuity. This position requires hands-on facilities experience, ability to manage outside contractors, and excellent communication to partner with stakeholders across

• Experience developing and enforcing security and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety programs.
• Experience with business continuity plans.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with security protocols and incident management.
• Manage local office security via badge access and video systems.
• Support health & safety programs and evacuation drills.
• Oversee facilities operations, space planning, and moves.
• Coordinate events, vendor contracts, and asset tracking.
• Maintain office equipment and furniture; perform small repairs.
• Manage work orders and admin tasks in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and asset retrieval.
• Travel may be required; work in-office Mon–Fri.
