Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Facilities Manager for our New York area site to lead the Facilities Department, drive reliability of critical utilities, and ensure GMP compliance. The role oversees maintenance, capital projects, contractor management, and regulatory interactions, with a base salary range of $140,000-$160,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in facilities/engineering/maintenance in regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Department with KPIs, goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee reliability, maintenance, capital projects, and contractor management.
• Ensure FDA, cGMP, OSHA compliance and safety across operations.
• Manage budgets, asset strategies, and regulatory interactions.
