Job summary
Perrigo is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support the site's Reliability Management Process, driving asset performance and operating efficiency. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to optimize uptime and costs while ensuring compliance with PWS, cGMP, FDA, and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
- Minimum 5 years in reliability or maintenance engineering in manufacturing.
- Experience in FDA-regulated or GMP environments preferred.
- Proficiency with predictive maintenance technologies and CMMS/SAP PM.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability initiatives across manufacturing, utilities, and processing assets.
- Develop and implement asset care strategies and maintenance plans.
- Support MOC activities for equipment and process modifications.
- Analyze data to identify failure modes and improvement opportunities.
