Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Utilities & Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Department at our Bronx, NY site. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while overseeing maintenance, utilities, and capital projects to support manufacturing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in a regulated environment, and 5+ years of leadership. You will partner with procurement, engineering, and operations to ensure reliable, compliant facilities

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
10+ years of facilities/engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing setting.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or supervisors.
Experience with critical utility systems and capital projects.
Strong knowledge of FDA, cGMP, safety and regulatory requirements.
Experience with budgeting, prioritization, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the Facilities Department with priorities, goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
Develop, coach, and hold staff accountable for safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
Oversee maintenance, engineering, operations, and capital project delivery.
Ensure reliability of facility infrastructure including HVAC, water systems, electrical, and BMS.
Manage contracts, vendor performance, and service agreements.
Monitor budgets and drive cost-effective operation without compromising quality.
