Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Department at a cGMP pharmaceutical site in the United States. You will drive reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while delivering capital projects on schedule and budget.

The role requires a senior background in facilities management within regulated manufacturing, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in facilities, engineering, maintenance, utilities, or asset management in a regulated environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or supervisors.
• Experience managing critical utility systems, facility infrastructure, contractors, and capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Department with KPIs and performance expectations.
• Ensure reliability of HVAC, purified water, BMS, compressed air, chilled water, and electrical systems.
• Oversee facility-related capital projects from concept to implementation.
• Manage contractors, facilities management providers, and service agreements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
