Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years in facility/plant maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff to ensure quality of work.
• Coordinate and respond to maintenance service requests with minimal tenant disruption.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on training on tools, safety, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee preventative maintenance scheduling to minimize interruptions.
• Order parts and equipment and manage inventory.
• Ensure hazardous materials policies compliance and maintain a safe workplace.
• Prepare purchase orders and cultivate supplier relationships.
• Act as Chief Engineer in their absence.
