Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and develop preventive plans.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
• Troubleshoot complex facility systems and oversee repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance services.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to optimize system performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on safety and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
