Simon Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep St Johns Town Center functioning safely and efficiently. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structure.

You will also help with interiors/exteriors, lighting, and upkeep of common areas, parking lots, and service bays while supporting other teams during events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical certifications and/or training preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; good communication and safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Routinely inspects facility, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform maintenance/minor repairs in interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall and lighting.
• Operate equipment to perform preventive maintenance and keep areas clean.
• Assist other departments with events setup and cart placement/repair.
• Follow OSHA and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance programs.
