Job summary

Opportunity Village is seeking a Senior Facility Technician to join our Las Vegas team. This role maintains and repairs complex building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment across multiple campuses.

You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate major repairs, and serve as a technical resource for complex issues. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, you will help ensure safe, functional, and welcoming environments for program participants,

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable facilities maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• HVAC course completion or ability to obtain within six months.
• Forklift certification within three months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Report ANEIA immediately as required by state law.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration).
• Lead preventive maintenance programs across campuses.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and assist with complex repairs.
• Support planning for facilities-related needs for events and fundraising.
