Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive facilities maintenance experience in healthcare or senior living.
- Experience with HVAC, boilers, domestic hot water, pumps, valves, and controls.
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and on-call maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, water heaters, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs for major building systems and life-safety equipment.
- Provide on-the-job training and act as lead technician on complex repairs and projects.
- Deliver strong customer service to residents and staff with clear communication.
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate maintenance records.
