Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Facility Technician III to inspect and maintain multiple properties, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and site work. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supervising external contractors to ensure uptime and safety.

The position requires experience with reading blueprints, RFPs, and schematics, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or four years related experience and/or training.
• HVAC and electrical/plumbing knowledge required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance without felony convictions within seven years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate building HVAC and automation systems to maintain climate, power, and utilities.
• Organize and oversee outside vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Review preventive maintenance logs, update work orders, and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, BSA, FACTA, and applicable regulations.
