Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Facilities Representative to support day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reliability of our facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, coordinate repairs, and help ensure a safe, compliant environment for employees and operations.
The role requires 3+ years of related experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in facilities maintenance.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and facility repairs.
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors while maintaining work orders and records.
- Support moves, installations, security monitoring, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
