Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Service Technician for our temperature-controlled distribution center in Grapevine, TX. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex facility systems, conveyors, and related equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication across management and staff, and the ability to learn new conveyance systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Facility, maintenance or service technician experience.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with distribution center equipment.
• Knowledge and safe use of shop tools and equipment (hand/power tools, conveyors, forklifts).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse environments and trades.
• Lock out/tag out and OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on distribution center equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex facility systems and conveyance hardware.
• Communicate professionally with leadership and frontline staff.
• Adhere to safety protocols including lock out/tag out procedures.
