Job summary

Integer is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician in Minnesota to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment and perform general facilities maintenance. You will apply your expertise to diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues and work with contractors when needed.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with 10 years of maintenance experience in commercial or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Strong trouble-shooting skills in refrigeration, mechanical, and building systems.
• Knowledge of CMMS and building automation systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company values and safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance and inspections on major facility equipment.
• Troubleshoots hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Provides guidance to other facility technicians and assists Facilities Manager.
• Coordinates with outside contractors for parts and services as needed.
• Plans, conducts, and documents work with independent judgment and adapts standard procedures.
